One of the wellness concepts I've really come to embrace is habit stacking. Instead of trying to find extra time in the day, I've been pairing wellness with routines that are already part of my life.

My P90+ stays in the living room, making it easy for my family and me to use while we're relaxing together in the evening. Since it's always within reach, it has naturally become part of our routine.
